  • Gentle on the joints yet effective for toning, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Yoga also has an incredible calming effect on the body. Please join us for a complementary group weekend class. Private lessons are available.

  • We offer four terre battu (red clay) tennis courts. Advance reservations are recommended for court times. Two of our courts are lit for evening play, and we have an on-staff tennis pro available for private lessons.
  • Fitness
  • Our fitness area is equipped with Technogym Strength and Cardiovascular equipment. It's open 24 hours a day. Should you really want to push yourself, a personal trainer is available for any of our activities. We aim for results. A stronger, healthier you will ultimately improve your performance in... other one-on-one activities.
